Foxes

Next year, our Foxes class will combine year 5 and year 6. We feel this will support us in better preparing the children for their move to Secondary School and a larger class will help the children to secure the standard of personal organisation and independence, alongside academic, that they will need in year 7. The class will be taught by Mr Bogan and Mr Robbins. On Thursdays, Miss Jones will teach the class.

Otters

Next year, our Otters class will combine year 3 and 4. They will be taught by Mrs Cheshire, Mrs Honey and Mrs Webb.

Hedgehogs

This will be year 2 with Mrs Forsyth teaching with Mrs Dixon and Mrs Honey.

Squirrels

Squirrels class will be year R and year 1 taught by Mrs Parsons, Mrs Gostelow and Mrs Davidge. On Fridays, the class will be taught by Miss Jones.

With the small class we will have in year 1 next year, we are able to take a more flexible approach which is really exciting. Where appropriate, year 1’s may join year 2 for some lessons in the afternoon and the two classes will be able to share resources.
