Additional Home Learning
Homework will be sent home as appropriate by the class teacher. Please see the Parent Overview for an overview of home learning for Maths and English this half term.
Home Reading diaries need to come into school every day and be signed by both you and your parents weekly and handed in on a Wednesday.
Thank you for all for all your hard work this half term. I want you to know I thought long and hard before deciding whether or not to set homework. I believe Christmas is a time for spending time with family and relaxing, but I know many of you are keen to continue to practise your Maths and Grammar after our mock test week. So this homework is purely VOLUNTARY. However, if you find yourself with time on your hands and the weather is unfavourable, attempt these papers in short intervals throughout the festive season. The mark schemes along with mental maths scripts are also attached for you to check your answers.
I want to wish you and your family a very merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
